Refund Policy

Cancellation prior to the program commencement is subject to a maximum 5% administrative fee. Participants may reschedule to a future session, subject to availability.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement. This ensures transparency and prevents disputes regarding payments. Customers may dispute refunds if not processed this way, and the merchant will be liable for any such disputes.
Withdrawal in the midst of the program, fees will apply as per the program terms.
The above cancellation policy does not apply to enrollment under SBL Normal & SBL KHAS. Upon receiving the enrollment form by the company, registration is confirmed and AYS has the right to impose the full course fee as per registration in the event of non-attendance or as per the stipulated cancellation policy period.
Please ensure that cancellation is made in writing. Alternatively, participant or company may nominate a representative at no extra charge.
AYS reserves the right to cancel or postpone the class if minimum number of students is unachievable. Course fees are refundable if required OR participants may reschedule the class to a future date.
AYS reserves the right to change the policy/ terms and conditions if necessary.
AYS reserves the right to hold your certificate if the fees are not being paid.
